Thanksgiving can be a lonely, lonely holiday for vegetarians—no partaking in the perfectly-cooked turkey—but it’s doubly as trying for vegans, who, year after year, are forced to subsist on cranberry sauce, some sad attempt at tofurkey, and sides decidedly not dripping in butter.

But there are things to be thankful for–namely, the amount of food bloggers who have taken the guesswork out of vegan Thanksgiving recipes. Omnivore hosts, take note: there are so many delicious dishes that don’t happen to require eggs or dairy, and odds are, you won’t feel as stuffed as your turkey once the holiday meal wraps up.
