Attention my turkey, tofurkey, and other Thanksgiving dinner eaters: you may be entering a dangerous comfort level. During the holiday season, we say adios to the diets we’ve been following and say hello to apple crisps, mashed potatoes, and lots of pumpkin pie.
With that in mind, we can’t help but reflect on past dinners that we’ve enjoyed (but later regretted), and we find ourselves wondering how appropriate it is to unbutton just the top button of our jeans okay, maybe even the second or third when it comes to leftovers.
We decided to share our remedy for the food baby blues and showcase five different pairs of leggings that will have you ultra-relaxed without looking ultra-sloppy. What will you be wearing at the dinner table this Thanksgiving? We want to know!
We love the print on these leggings - they offer a great festive element to a simple silhouette.

The lace aspect of these leggings is marvelous. They're uber-feminine and can be the perfect contrast to an oversized vintage tee.
Opening Ceremony Lace Legging, $87, at Opening Ceremony.
Now is definitely time when we might have a little tummy to tuck. These high-waisted leggings are the perfect solution to hide a little pooch and still look adorable. Did we mention they come in an awesome assortment of colors also?
BDG High Rise Legging, $28, at Urban Outfitters.
For those of you who may be lucky enough to chill at home or may just have a tomboy side - these leggings are flirtatiously boyish while being totally functional. Double score.
Boy. by Band of Outsiders Double Faced Leggings, $224, at Shopbop.com.
We're currently obsessed with everything Fair Isle. It reminds us of those spectacularly ugly holiday sweaters mom used to force us to wear in the best way possible.
Sparkle and Fade Fair Isle Legging, $39, at Urban Outfitters.
