Sara Pashmforoosh is a New York City-based architect who has worked on projects ranging from the Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai to the Kallisto Condos in Miami Beach. She also has a serious case of wanderlust (within the last year she’s logged miles to Mumbai, Cannes, and Napa Valley among other locales).
Fortunately for we vacation-voyeurs, she gave us a sneak peek at her latest trip, a holiday getaway to Aspen, Colorado, with a diary of dreamy Instagram snaps, and shared some of her favorite spots in the tony ski town including where to go après-ski, where to find the best burger in town, and her favorite secret spot to relax.

New York City based architect Sara Pashmforoosh took us along as she spent the holidays in Aspen, Colorado—skiing, wining and dining, and uncovering a few hidden treasures in the tony ski town during the trip.

"At Ajax Mountain, almost at the bottom for my après-ski," says Pashmforoosh.

One of the best parts of skiing in Aspen is the after ski hot chocolate. "Warming up fireside at Aspen Mountain," says Pashmforoosh.
