Rihanna confirmed this morning with a single tweet that she will be joining fellow singers Adele, Justin Bieber, Kendrick Lamar, and the Weeknd, among others, as a performer for the 58th Grammy Awards. Get. Excited.
The nine-time Grammy winner isn’t nominated for any awards at this year’s ceremony, but she’ll be on deck to promote her eighth studio album, Anti, which finally dropped last week after much anxiety and anticipation, and now holds the record for the fastest album to be certified platinum. Of course, it’s not the first time RiRi’s performed at the Grammy Awards: Last year she joined Kanye West and Paul McCartney on stage to deliver a live debut of “FourFiveSeconds,” and she performed a killer rendition of “Stay” at the 2013 show.
The Grammys will air on February 15 on CBS, and—of course—we’ll be covering all the red-carpet and awards-ceremony action.
