Whether or not you’re a captain of industry, few pleasures in life are as uncomplicated as clicking through impossibly luxe (and ridiculously expensive) real estate listings.
This week, the only thing missing from Richard Gere’s opulent $65 million Southampton mansion is the white knight himself. Of course, we’ll take comfort in the property’s considerable amenities, which include 300 feet of private waterfront and a “tea house.”
We’re also stretching out for a jaunt around the 8.8 acres of Vince Camuto’s giant beachfront property, which hit the market for a cool $48 million. In addition to one-percenter prerequisites like tennis courts and swimming pools, the estate also comes with its own Gatsby-esque gazebo green (which calls to mind the tremendous green house at the Botanical Gardens).
Which new listings have you drooling this week? Tell us in the comments below!

WASHINGTON, DC: The former home of the "Washington Club," this expansive listing includes two DC mansions which, together, once housed the city's Textile Museum. Now, with the collection moving to the George Washington campus, some swanky senator will no doubt scoop up the impressive property, which boasts ten bedrooms, a carriage house, and a 7,000 square foot garden. $22,000,000 at CBMove.com.

TURKS & CAICOS: The illustrious Dellis Cay development by Mandarin Oriental was meant to be the ultimate high roller escape, with private "neighborhoods" designed by the likes of Zaha Hadid, Shigeru Ban, and Frank Gehry. Sadly, after the 2008 recession, construction came to a screeching halt, and now the incomplete property is up for sale. Hopefully, some wise billionaire completes those beachfront villas (we wouldn't mind checking them out). $45,000,000 at Sothebys.

HYANNIS PORT, MASSACHUSETTS:
Finished with weathered shingles, this oceanfront mansion oozes with Cape Cod charm. Inside, you'll find nine bedrooms, extensive wrap-around porches for yucking it up with your fellow blue blooded pals, and a "secret" wet bar. $5,750,000 at Cape Cod Luxury.

SOUTHHAMPTON, NEW YORK: Formerly known as the "most opulent home in the hamptons," designer Vince Camuto is giving up Wooldon, his 10,000 square foot summer mansion.
