Just another reason to get excited about “The Great Gatsby” movie: Miuccia Prada has released a handful of sketches of her costumes for Baz Luhrmann’s anticipated film adaptation of the glittering Jazz-Age novel starring Leonardo DiCaprioCarey Mulligan, and Tobey Maguire.

Prada—who collaborated with Luhrmann and award-winning costume designer Catherine Martin (who also happens to be Luhrmann’s wife)—created a bespoke collection of over 40 unique Miu Miu and Prada cocktail and evening dresses for the film, inspired by selected runway looks from the last 20 years and featuring distinct 1920’s detailing.

This isn’t the first time that the esteemed Italian designer has worked with Luhrmann—she created looks for his 1996 film adaptation of  “Romeo and Juliet,” also starring DiCaprio, and Claire Danes.
