Models are a species that never cease to fascinate. While we’re pretty sure that they’re not real people (or just stored up some really good karma), these young ladies seem to have it all. Between their good looks, access to some of the coolest designer duds, and daily globe-trotting, it’s not surprising they’ve cultivated some seriously enviable wardrobes.

While the stereotypical “M.O.D.” wardrobe seems to be skinny jeans, a loose tank, and a leather jacket, we have been pleased to spot a number of ladies branching out and showing off some creative ensembles around the various fashion weeks this past month. And why shouldn’t they? If anyone can pull off some of the season’s most intimidating trends, it’s these ladies.

Read on to see some of the best model-off-duty moments of this most recent fashion season, with special cameos from Karlie Kloss, Joan Smalls, Anja Rubik, Hanne Gaby Odiele, and more.

Karlie Kloss in a peplum... need we say more?

Photo: ImaxTree/

If we looked like that, we'd be that happy, too.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We love her '90s vintage jacket. We wish we could find ours!

Photo: ImaxTree/

Arizona Muse knows how to put her spin on stripes. We love the contrast between her heeled cowboy boots, skirt and jacket.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Check out that varsity jacket! One of fall's biggest must-haves.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Hanne Gaby definitely dresses to the beat of her own drummer ... in a good way. Here, she rocks a seawater-blue leather jacket over a patterned dress.

Photo: ImaxTree/

The contrast between the feminine blouse and motorcycle jacket strikes the perfect balance between girly and edgy.

Photo: ImaxTree/

This model's 1940s-inspired look is complete with loafers and bowler hat.

Photo: ImaxTree/

OK, Jourdan Dunn is officially perfect. Sigh.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Frida and Joan ... off-duty cuties.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Looking stylishly studious, we love this look in fall's most popular color, burgundy.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Anja Rubik sports a coat that we're literally salivating over.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Ladies and gentlemen, the model off duty wardrobe: skinny jeans, button-down, and leather jacket.

Photo: ImaxTree/

It takes a certain kind of girl—er, model—who can pull off white Bermuda shorts.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Alana proves that basics can be extra sophisticated. We're dying over her forest green jacket.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Colored fur? Absolutely. Coconut water can totally act as an It-accessory, too!

Photo: ImaxTree/

Magdalena throws a denim shirt over a basic black dress for that casual-cool appeal.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Extra-distressed denim matched with quirky loafers is all kinds of effortless chic.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We've been hesitant to try wearing oversized sweaters over mini-skirts, but this outfit definitely has us eager to test it out.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We don't know which is better, her stems or her hat.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Joan Smalls pulls off a leather baseball cap like we've never seen.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We applaud this model for pulling off a look that would look like a Tim Burton costume on anyone else.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Ruby Aldridge wears one of the biggest trends for next spring: stripes galore.

Photo: ImaxTree/

The secret to looking like those cool, slightly disheveled models? Layers, layers, layers.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Frida reminds us that a basic white t-shirt and denim will never go out of style.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We love her preppy, lace dress worn under a tougher jean jacket with leather sleeve details.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Suddenly, we need a cobalt-blue bowler hat immediately.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We love it when these ladies experiment with the biggest trends of the season, take these bold, red pants for example. Divine.

Photo: ImaxTree/

If anyone can pull off the over-sized jacket trend, it's a model. Here, we love the reworked summer tuxedo jacket paired with basic cut-offs.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Take a look at that jacket!

Photo: ImaxTree/

Her adorable thigh-high socks look both cozy and cute worn under her 3/4 length jacket.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Models lug around their lives during fashion season. Here, we love the brightly patterned bag this young beauty carries.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We've been itching to get our hands on a pair of brocade-inspired pants, here this model proves just how sophisticated they can be.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Jourdan Dunn looks '70s-chic in her flowing maxi dress and wide-brimmed hat.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We're loving the contrast between her summery neutral shift and her fall-friendly leather jacket. Proof you can easily transition those summer staples!

Photo: ImaxTree/

Hair 'do aside (which is seemingly from a show), her tribal jacket, contrasted with the '90s pop T-shirt, is fun and lighthearted.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We love tomboy-chic!

Photo: ImaxTree/

Two models is definitely better than one. We especially find the green dress worn by Elsa on the right extra adorable.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Her relaxed outfit is punctuated by a super fun, bright green baguette.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Floral pants? Absolutely.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Furry, tongue-in-cheek tops have never looked better.

Photo: ImaxTree/

This babe is full-on bohemian in the best way possible. We especially like her choice of jeans.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Please don't make us choose between her Celine bag and killer burgundy, lacquered pencil skirt.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Colored denim is still big for fall, here we love how she sports this trend in a jean jacket and super-cozy moccasins (surely to give her tootsies a break from some sky-high heels!)

Photo: ImaxTree/

Model must-have: lace wedge booties.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We love her graphic top worn over a black floor-length skirt.

Photo: ImaxTree/

A pop of bubblegum pink in accessories goes a long way.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Denim-on-denim is having a major moment, especially amongst models.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Preppy pleats with a chambray top looks both preppy and pretty.

Photo: ImaxTree/

The more the merrier when it comes to models.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Her punk vest offsets her super-pretty features.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Denim and a bob haircut. Yes, please.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Her leather mini-skirt and Chelsea boots take on rock 'n' roll edge.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We're not totally sure what she's wearing, but man, can she make a motorcycle helmet look hot!

Photo: ImaxTree/

Metallics were huge on and off the runway for spring.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Here, Ruby Aldridge looks adorable in her 1960s get-up.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Magdalena (on the right) wears a Canadian tuxedo like we've never seen.

Photo: ImaxTree/

If we had a stomach like that, we'd wear a crop top, too.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We legitimately can't get enough of stripes.

Photo: ImaxTree/

This outfit is seriously creative. Check out how she layered a super-cropped sweater over her ditsy sundress.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Preppy is back in a big way, and Joan Smalls mixes it up with chunky motorcycle boots.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Understandably, a model favorite accessory is the backpack, a comfortable option for carrying about their portfolio, heels and other necessities.

Photo: ImaxTree/

This might be the best type of transitional outfit for a shift into cooler weather. It's both nonchalant but still put together.

Photo: ImaxTree/

This look is totally in line with our fall trend, The Explorers, reminding us of a 1940s archeologist.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Talk about knowing how to work it out! Hanne shows us her moves with a killer dress.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We're super into subtle details like the neckline on this model's top.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We're typically against regular running shoes appearing anywhere but a treadmill, but here it totally works with her bright pink pants.

Photo: ImaxTree/

This over-sized, minimal jacket is totally reminding us of Helmut Lang back in the 1990s.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Baseball hats are the must-have accessory for spring, but you can wear them right now! In this look, the bright yellow adds an extra punch of color to her outfit.

Photo: ImaxTree/

A basic wrap dress is a great option for layering or dealing with awkward, unexpected weather changes.

Photo: ImaxTree/

That hat! It's giving us all kinds of inspiration.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Here a baseball-inspired jacket is spruced up with an awesome heel.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Fact: If you want to be a model, pick up a leather jacket, immediately.

Photo: ImaxTree/

This fall has been declared the season of hte coat. This model clearly got the memo.

Photo: ImaxTree/

The shawl-inspired jacket is super cute and gives a great rustic edge to her outfit.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Again, Alana taps the 1940s as a key silhouette for her style. Her cropped trousers look especially chic with her loafers and menswear inspired coat.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Marc Jacobs would be proud! Check out those stripes on her pants.

Photo: ImaxTree/

Turtlenecks are often overlooked when it comes to their layering possibilities. Here, the piece adds an instant shot of prep to a simple skirt-and-tights look.

Photo: ImaxTree/

We think that Stevie Nicks would totally approve of her outfit, don't you agree?
