Ingredients: (serves 2)

2 cups cut up mango
1/4 cup sheep’s milk yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk (splash more if necessary)
1/2 cup ice
1 tsp turmeric
1 to 2 dates (depending on how sweet you like it)

1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
