Another day, another Kanye-related Twitter controversy. The rapper unleashed yet another tirade of tweets Friday in defense of his controversial new song lyrics, in which he calls Taylor Swift a bitch and claims he made her famous.

The Internet flipped out last night over some particularly misogynistic lyrics in the rapper’s new song, “Famous,” in which he says some things that have Swift fans furious: “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/I made that bitch famous.” Taylor’s publicist responded last night, telling BuzzFeed that Kanye had reached out to her, asking the singer promote his new track, but she declined. Her publicist also made it clear that the “Blank Space” star didn’t know that she was being called a “bitch” in the song.

So, in true Kanye style, the 38-year-old responded to haters with a Twitter outburst, explaining (pretty poorly) that he “did not diss” the 26-year-old singer. Throughout the 15-tweet rant, he says that he called Swift on the phone and she gave him her blessing to go ahead with the track, as did wife, Kim Kardashian. Oh, and everyone needs to chill, because Kanye says bitch is actually an endearing term (we must have missed that), and Swift said she was actually thankful to Kanye for making her famous.

If that 2009 “Imma let you finish” saga at the VMAs is anything to go on, we’re betting this celebrity feud is just getting warmed up. Keep scrolling to read Kanye’s outburst.
