I am all moved into my new apartment, and the decorating has started! The design plan is—surprise, surprise—black-and-white graphic patterns.

Since the kitchen has open-concept shelving, I have been busy searching for the perfect dishes for shelves and coordinating items for the counters. I was doing some late-night Etsy shopping, looking for graphic napkins to hang on my oven, when I remembered I had some white cottons ones that would be perfect for custom patterns.

I found some fabric markers that don’t bleed when marking and don’t fade after washing. Details after the break…
