The outspoken singer can’t seem to catch a break lately, getting in scuffles with paparazzi, fainting onstage, and even causing an international kerfuffle after an odd comment regarding Anne Frank. Where: Anne Frank Museum in Amsterdam

When: Justin Bieber's most recent PR gaffe occurred at the storied Anne Frank Museum in Amsterdam. After visiting recently he wrote in the museum's guestbook, "Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a Belieber." Naturally, his comments caused a wave of controversy, but many are defending him stating that he had no ill intentions.

Where: Hotel Le Meurice in Paris 

When: This year in March, Bieber stayed at the luxury Hotel le Meurice in Paris. He reportedly booked seven high-priced suites across two floors to enjoy with his entourage, which costs upwards of $100,000. According to the press, a large group of fans caused quite a commotion trying to get a glimpse of the pop icon. There were rumors circulating that he was kicked out as a result of the drama.

Where: Passage in Vienna 

When: While in Vienna last month, Bieber was banned from Passage nightclub because his entourage got too rowdy—the club's manager reportedly said, "Justin Bieber is no longer welcome here."

Where: Mr. Chow in London

When: In March, Bieber was spotted leaving the famed Mr. Chow in London, wearing a gas mask as a disguise from the paparazzi. His friends are reportedly in on the joke, and take turns wearing masks to throw off the press.

When: In March, Bieber went out to dinner at Mint Leaf in London. The restaurant serves upscale Indian food.

in London

When: For his
birthday this year, Bieber headed out with some friends—including Will Smith’s
14-year-old son Jaden Smith—to the Cirque du Soir club in London. Shortly
afterwards, he tweeted about having "the worst birthday" after they weren’t
allowed in because of his underage entourage. The
club released this statement: "Justin Bieber visits Cirque Du Soir regularly,
and he and his friends are always welcome, as long the members of the group are
legally old enough to enter the club. This was simply a matter of regulation
that we must adhere to."

When: Bieber performed at the Capital
FM Arena in Nottingham in March. After the show, he tweeted, “I see and saw

Where: Nobu in West Hollywood

When: In February, Bieber went to dinner with some friends at Japanese hotspot Nobu. The press speculated that later that night, he saw his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. Here's to hoping he ordered the rock shrimp tempura, the restaurant's signature dish.

Where: Crustacean in Los Angeles

When: In February, Justin Bieber joined his friends Lil Twist and Tyga at Crustacean restaurant in Beverly Hills. Lil and Tyga are known for residing at Bieber's Calabasas mega-mansion and driving his luxury vehicles. Lil Twist has been pulled over multiple times in Bieber's Fisker Karma.

Where: Four Seasons in Los Angeles

When: In November 2012, Bieber was spotted with Gomez at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles just a week after their breakup was announced. If you are going to rekindle a romance, the Four Seasons is the place to do it.

Where: Yamato Restaurant in Encino

When: Bieber and Gomez reportedly had a heated five minute dinner (yes, five minutes) at Japanese restaurant Yamato, and left in separate cars. The press couldn't get enough of following the couple's every move during this tumultuous time in their relationship in November.

When: In November 2012, Bieber attended a performance of the Lion King with his entourage at the Minskoff Theater.

When: While in Miami on business, Bieber shopped for sneakers with a group of friends at Foot Soldiers in Miami. The store sells the latest sneaker trends, as well as graphic t-shirts.
