Jay-Z and Beyonce make it a point to live the high life, and spare no expense when it comes to glamour. When the rapper proposed to the singer, he bought her a $5 million Lorraine Schwartz sparkler that she rarely wears out, but who can blame her? Losing it would be like losing a small island.

Mariah Carey's engagement ring from Nick Cannon is one of the most memorable diamonds being sported by a celeb today. The 17-carat pink diamond is from jeweler Jacob & Co., and cost about $2.5 million.

Jennifer Aniston's engagement ring from Justin Theroux is a major sparkler—enough to make her forget the one she got from Brad Pitt. Although she hasn't revealed the designer, it's estimated to be 8-carats and worth an estimated $500,000.

Angelina Jolie's diamond engagement ring from fiance Brad Pitt meanwhile is a a reported 16-carats and was designed in conjunction between Pitt and jeweler Robert Procop. It is worth around $500,000.

The ring Liam Hemsworth gave Miley Cyrus is a Neil Lane designed 3.5-carat cushion-cut diamond ring, handcrafted in 18-karat gold.

Although Lamar Odom had only known Khloe Kardashian for several weeks when he proposed, he still gave her something major: an $850,000 12.5-carat sparkler.

She may have only been married for 72 days before filing for divorce, but Kim Kardashian had a ring worthy of many lifetimes. Kris Humphries gave her a 20.5 carat Lorraine Schwartz rock that was worth $2 million. Take that, Khloe!

It is good to be married to Justin Timberlake. Jessica Biel's diamond sparkler is worth an estimated $130,000 and was designed by singer turned actor.

One of the most unique celebrity engagement rings belongs to Heidi Klum, who received a 10-carat canary yellow diamond ring designed by Lorraine Schwartz from ex-husband Seal. It was estimated to be worth around $150,000, and is one of the most famous celebrity rings to this day.

Victoria Beckham's engagement ring from David Beckham is surprisingly understated—but timeless. It's a custom Boodle & Dunthorne three-carat marquise-cut rock, worth somewhere around $65,000.

Obviously one of the most notable rings of all time is Kate Middleton's engagement ring from Prince William that once belonged to Princess Diana. It's an oval, 18-carat blue sapphire and white diamond ring, that is worth millions (particularly because of its storied history), but was bought for £28,000 in the early 1980s by Prince Charles.

Blake Lively's ring from husband Ryan Reynolds is worth a reported $2 million, and was designed by Lorraine Schwartz, who worked alongside Reynolds. "Ryan chose Lorraine Schwartz to help him find a flawless, light pink oval diamond...They worked together to design a custom setting in rose gold and pave diamonds with a nod to deco," Schwartz said in a statement.

Considering that Drew Barrymore married Will Kopelman (son of the former CEO of Chanel) her ring is bound to be enviable. The ring features a colorless radiant-cut diamond that is just under 4-carats on a diamond covered band and is from Graff Diamonds.

Who can forget this one? During Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's high profile romance, he gave her 6.1-carat pink diamond from Harry Winston worth around $2.5 million. She gave it back when the relationship went up in flames.

Ben Affleck certainly has good taste in diamonds. He scooped up this diamond sparkler to pop the question to Jennifer Garner—a 4.5 carat cushion cut from Harry Winston.
