Serena Williams is a tennis phenomenon. On Saturday, she stunned the world by winning her sixth Wimbledon and fourth straight Grand Slam tournament.

“Oh, I could do cartwheels,” she told reporters who asked her how it felt to win her second ever “Serena Slam.”

Winner of 34 Grand Slam titles and four Olympic medals, she’s been ruling the court since her first professional game at age 14. And when she’s not kicking ass and taking names with her perfect serve and powerful backhand, she’s running the beauty world—inspiring us with her ever-changing hair, collaborating with OPI and even becoming a certified nail tech (you know, in all that free time she probably has).

Fierce competitor, driven woman, nail art lover, good friend—for all of these reasons and more, Serena Williams is most definitely our ultimate woman (and Wimbledon) crush. We could not possibly admire her more.

Fierce competitor, driven woman, nail art lover, good friend—for all of these reasons and more, Serena Williams is most definitely our Woman (and Wimbledon) Crush Wednesday. We could not possibly admire her more.

In her matching two-piece outfit and chic braided updo, we can see that Serena's bold style has been a constant since she was small. Also, how adorable is this photo?

If you are a woman of a certain age, you undoubtedly have vivid memories of the heart-shaped beads and braids of the Williams sisters. This gorgeous style helped establish Venus and Serena as both powerhouses on the court and fashionable young women to watch.

Celebrating her win over Martina Hingis at the US Open, 2001.

With her long blonde braids literally knotted at the back of her head with a beaded hair tie, Serena stomped number one seed Martina Hingis in the semi-finals. We're not saying her awesome hair and beautiful skin directly contributed to her win...but it definitely didn't hurt.

Smoky eyes, blonde curls, glossy lips—is it possible that Serena was doing Beyonce before even Bey was?

2003 was when Serena's tennis career skyrocketed in earnest: she won the Australian open and became the sixth woman to ever earn a Career Grand Slam. Off the court, Serena started to take more control of her image—the long, highlighted hair here instead of her signature braids being a prime example.

This is a woman who has figured out what she likes: long, wavy hair, dramatic eyes, glossy lips. And we are HERE for it. (Related: Who else could look this amazing in a dress like that? Nobody, that's who. Bow down.)

If you've ever wanted to see Our Queen Serena in a bold red lip, congratulation, your wish has been granted. And it is magnificent; this warm lip color with her cooler plum eyeshadow is perfect.

Serena at the ESPY Awards, 2007.

Shimmery grey and black eyeshadow? Check. Beehive with headband? Check. Perfect brows? BIG check. We love how she brought the glamour to an event like the ESPY Awards.

Following a bunch of injuries, Serena had a really rough patch. Following injuries, surgeries and depression, there was a lot of doubt as to whether she'd actually return to tennis at all. Then in 2007, she announced she was coming for the number one women's spot again, and promptly began kicking ass all over again. We're obsessed with this wavy bob, peach lips and long fluttery lashes.

Remember what we said about her making her return and kicking ass? Here is is in action. Please also observe how she has masterfully co-ordinated her headband with her dress and wristband. Blair Waldorf, take some notes.

This softly sculpted eyeshadow is what our dreams are made of. Paired with the deep parted wavy black hair and baby-pink lips...incredible.

The pink streaks in Serena's fabulous curls show us that ponytails are anything BUT boring. She also makes a very convincing argument for wearing diamonds to the gym.

With long, sleek hair and thick bangs, heaps of lashes and a killer smile (paired with amazing berry-pink lipstick, naturally), Serena is slaying.

Winning the US Open, 2012.

Let's look past her amazing ponytail for a moment and focus instead on her graphic black cat eye. Serena isn't usually one for wearing makeup on the court, but in this case she did and bless her for it.

Serena is a nail art girl through and through--it's just one of the reasons we'd obviously be BFFs in real life. Here she is sporting baby pink nails with tiny black heart accents and hand-sculpted black bows. This art is the work of AMAZING Australian nailist Clarah; check out her instagram and prepare to be blown away.

We love this photo: our girl looks so relaxed and happy! We also love her beautiful blonde curls, glossy lips (a Serena Williams hallmark) and plum eyeshadow. Also, she should never not wear red. Just saying.

Serena reads her Vogue, 2015.

Posted to her Instagram, Serena looks gorgeous on both the April cover of Vogue and on a tropical beach somewhere. Throw in some handsome men hand-feeding her grapes and fanning her with palm leaves, and that's exactly how we picture her whenever she's not on the court. Live, girl. LIVE.

The perfection of this look cannot be denied: LONG straight hair, brows immaculate, nails coordinated with her gown, cheekbones highlighted, radiance emanating from every single pore. Serena, you are amazing. Queen of the courts and queen of our hearts.
