We've had a hair crush on Blake Lively ever since her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants days—her perfectly tousled blonde locks have to be a natural wonder of the beauty world. So when she went bronde earlier this week, we naturally freaked out a little; our favorite summer hair color trend AND our favorite celebrity hair? Talk about a match made in mane heaven.

Anyone with follicles this enduringly perfect is beyond deserving of the #WomanCrushWednesday crown. Let's take a stroll down Perfect Hair Memory Lane and check out all of Blake's most iconic hair looks over the years.

At the Kids Choice Awards, 2005.

As the passionate tomboy Bridget in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Blake won the hearts of teen girls everywhere. We also fell in love with her elegantly curled, platinum-streaked hair. Bonus points for the bold turquoise eyeliner.

Later in 2005—her breakout year—Blake's hair was a little blonder, a little longer, and she began pioneering the 'undone' style she'd later become known for. We love these casual bent waves; create them yourself by braiding slightly damp hair and allowing it to dry fully.

The definition of Rich Girl Hair. To play Serena Van Der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, Blake's hair was made slightly deeper and more golden, with subtle caramel lowlights. We love how this high maintenance color works with the low maintenance waves and casual styling.

A deep, uneven side part. Voluminous waves and curls. Outrageous shine. This hair is perfection.

Ok, technically she's in character as Serena—but check out these amazing loose curls and cute as hell dog! Tell us this doesn't make you want to break out your curling wand right now and get this look.

At the Chanel Tribeca Film Festival Dinner, 2008.

This was when Blake began to experiment with messily structured low ponytails and braids for the red carpet; this wavy, lightly teased number is perfection, especially when paired with a very elegant, simple dress.

At The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants 2 Premiere.

Blake never met a braid that she didn't love; these two very narrow plaits arranged atop her head like a small crown are the perfect Grecian compliment to her natural, glowing makeup and vibrant orange dress.

At The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion Costume Institute Gala at The Met.

This was when Blake truly left her teenage style behind and became a genuine A-lister. This incredibly sleek, straight ponytail was one of the standout looks of the night; anyone who says ponytails aren't appropriate for formal events clearly never saw Blake's amazing blonde locks.

At the Emmys, 2009.

This incredibly long, slightly messy braid is still one of our major hair inspirations years later. We love the contrast of the undone plait and the elegance of the dress—it's the perfect way to liven up (no pun intended) the red carpet!

At the premiere of Where The Wild Things Are, 2009.

Though she's most famous for her golden hair color, we love when Blake experiments with other tones in the blonde spectrum. The subtle rose-gold tint combined with these soft retro-inspired curls really enhance Blake's perfect skin.

Another casual red carpet braid, Blake styled this classic side plait with lots of wispy tendrils around her face.

At the TIME 100 Gala, 2011.

After her role in The Green Lantern (for which she dyed her hair dark brown), Blake did the sensible thing and moved back to blonde in stages—thus avoiding the dreaded chemical haircut. We love this intense warm red hair color and mermaid-y waves; trust Blake to make a transitional hair color look this amazing.

This messy mermaid braid sparked our obsession with mastering the style—and we finally have. We also love the delicate flower-shaped clip that adds additional interest without overpowering the rest of the style (or Blake's elaborate dress).

At the Savages premiere, 2012.

Light, buttery blonde, voluminous curls, sleek styling...yep, we'll call it: this is the best Blake's hair has ever looked. And with a style archive like hers, that's really saying something.

Our ultimate braid inspiration; we still love this lightly teased fishtail braid enhanced with extensions for additional volume and length. We especially love how she's wrapped a section of hair around the tie at the bottom; that's attention to detail.

At the Costume Institute Met Gala—PUNK: Chaos To Couture, 2013.

This segmented updo-ponytail hybrid was the perfect hairstyle to wear to a punk-inspired fashion gala. Can we wear this to the office? Asking for a friend...

Another Old Hollywood-inspired style, these wide pincurls upswept on one side (and tinted a slightly icier shade of blonde) are the things hair dreams are made of. How she manages to play with her color so often and still keep her hair super-shiny is nothing short of a miracle.

At the Cannes premiere of The Captive, 2014.

Much as we love her wavy, slightly undone hairstyles, we are obsessed with this incredibly sleek, oversized bun.

FLAWLESS.

At the Women of Worth awards, 2014.

Pregnant with her first child, Blake opted to switch up her signature bright blonde by letting her darker natural color grow out. Fading into a multi-tonal warm brown ombre through the lengths, this is (of course) a perfect natural ombre. Though it's definitely a change (is it just us, or does she kind of look like Hilary Duff?), we're all about this low-maintenance makeover.

At The Age of Adeline premiere, 2015.

A slightly darker base with plenty of thin highlights concentrated around the face is a perfect way to transition back into a lighter hair color. We love how modern and pretty this looks with these artfully arranged, cascading curls.

In Hawaii, 2015.

Blake posted this photo to her Instagram with the caption "...Brondes have more fun #NoTypos-IKnowIThinkItsCrazyToo" and we lost our minds. HI BLAKE COULD YOU PLEASE POST A CLOSE-UP WE NEED TO STARE AT YOUR NEW HAIR COLOR NOT IN A CREEPY WAY BUT MAYBE IN A CREEPY WAY KTHNX.

In this photo (taken on the same trip) you can clearly see that Blake's hair is an all-over deeper brunette shade with lighter brown and caramel highlights—a true bronde if ever we've seen one. We cannot wait to check out more high-quality photos of this chic hair color transformation; in the meantime, we'll be over here daydreaming about having hair half as amazing as Lively. We love you, Blake!
