We spotted some seriously cool, DIY-able nails at Fashion Week, and were dying to try them. This manicure from Nicole Miller is easier to create than it looks. CND's Candice Manacchio started with a mint green base, then used a sponge to apply pink and white polishes and CND Sapphire Sparkle Effect. To finish, she painted around the edges with black polish (CND's Black Jack) to create a diamond shape. Runway Hair And Makeup You'll Actually Want To Wear

Picnic nails, anyone? At Kate Spade, nail artist Deborah Lippmann created these gingham manicures on talon-like stiletto nails. Over a white polish base, Lippmann used a striper brush with her My Prerogative blue to paint intersecting lines. Off the runway, we plan to recreate these on a shorter shape with a similar printand to use Scotch tape to keep our stripes straight. Never Buy Another Bad Beauty Product Again

We love this diagonal stripe in lieu of French tips, as seen at Lauren Moffatt. OPI manicurists painted nails with two coats of nude Don't Touch My Tutu before adding a strip of red-orange A Roll in the Hague. Now it's your turn: which one will you try? The Reinvented French Manicure
