By now you all know about fitspo sensation Kayla Itsines and her body-changing 12-week Bikini Body Guides. With 4 million Instagram followers, the woman’s the reigning queen of effectual at-home fitness. However, there are other, slightly lesser-known personal trainers on social media with equally productive diet and exercise plans that you can download straight to your phone. Ahead, four of our favorites.

Program: Way of Gray

Cost: From $7.50 per month

With more than 350,000 Instagram followers, Gray isn’t quite at Kayla Itsines’s level of social media fame, but she’s still a big deal in the world of fitspiration. It requires a $7.50 per month commitment, and in return you’ll receive access to equipment-free workout videos ranging from 30 to 50 minutes in length, plus a workout plan. In addition to the fitness program and video, you’ll also get a seven-day meal plan. And, yes, you can cancel anytime if it turns out this isn’t the workout for you.

Program: The Skinny Confidential Bombshell Body Guide

Cost: Pay either $14.99 per month for the full Bombshell Body Program or $29.99 for phase one of the plan and $29.99 again for phase two

This complete program comes with recipe and exercise recommendations, which makes it great for anyone wanting to totally readjust their approach to health and fitness. The first plan is a little easier than the second and a great place to start if you haven’t stepped into a gym for a while. Otherwise, it might be a smart idea to go straight for the second program, which is a little more challenging.

Program: Train with Tanya

Cost: Free

Like Kayla’s Bikini Body Guides, Train with Tanya follows a 12-week fitness program available via an app. Exercises include high-intensity interval training and cardio workouts to burn fat, as well as Pilates, stretching, and foam-roll recovery workouts. More than 30,000 people follow her guides, which are all equipment-free and easy to follow at home without a gym membership.

Emily Skye’s F.I.T. plan has a cult following among the fitspo set on Instagram, with more than 1.5 million followers. Each program is completely online and includes a four-week exercise plan designed to target (and tone!) your hips, thighs, stomach, and arms. Each routine comes with a step-by-step explanation and video, and you can either follow a workout plan for your gym or do it at home without equipment. This guide also has your diet covered, with vegetarian and vegan plans, as well as an option for meat eaters. You’ll also get a weekly shopping list, and the food guidelines have all been endorsed by a qualified nutritionist.
