All hail Hilary Duff, who changes up her hair color and cut on the regular to consistently fantastic results. Her commitment to keeping her look fresh is pretty admirable—and she’s kind of single-handedly keeping the pastel trend alive. Hil isn’t a regular mom, she’s a cool mom.

The Younger star chopped her hair into a piecey chin-length cut last month, maintaining a natural-ish dirty blonde color that grew lighter at the ends. But as of yesterday, she’s officially dipping her toe into the pastel pool once again with a washed-out pink shade that also incorporates her natural color at the roots. Not only does it look great, but it’ll make the grow-out process that much easier, too.

And about the hair mavens behind the look? Colorists Nikki Lee and Amber Maynard-Bolt mastered the icy shade with products from evo, while beloved stylist Riawna Capri added loads of texture and movement with her signature choppy cut. They’re all of Nine Zero One salon in L.A., which is pretty much the go-to spot for every Hollywood “It” girl you can think of. So if you’re in L.A. any time soon, head over to Melrose Place to get a cut and color just like Hilary’s. Or Emma Stone‘s. Or Miley Cyrus‘s. Or Blake Lively‘s. You get the gist.
