Victoria’s Secret Angel Elsa Hosk is the MVP of workout inspiration. Not only does she look like, well, that, but the 27-year-old model is a confessed boxing and basketball obsessive (so badass), and also follows a refreshingly normal diet filled with everything from green juices and lentil soup to fried cheese, bacon and eggs, and potato salad—which we obviously love.
Ahead, Hosk shares a page from her food and fitness diary, including the way she works out, how she’s snacking at Fashion Week, and the one thing she would never eat.
For breakfast I had:
Eggs and bacon.
For lunch I had:
A mozzarella and tomato panini with lentil soup.
For dinner I had:
I went to my favorite restaurant, The Greek, with my boyfriend. We always get the same thing—the fried cheese, chicken skewers with rice pilaf, and potato, cucumber, feta salad.

Today I snacked on:
I don’t usually snack at all. I have main meals, and I make sure I eat a lot so I survive to the next meal.
My go-to health drink is:
I love all the juice shops around the city. Love Juice Press; they have so many great smoothies and green smoothies. I just order green vegetables with a little apple.
The one thing I would never eat is:
I’d never eat foie gras, because I don’t like it. Or any processed meat. I like food to be as organic and natural as possible.
During Fashion Week I’ve been snacking on:
Green smoothies.
I got in shape for Fashion Week by:
Training with my boxing coach Kwame Davis.
My all-time favorite workout is:
Boxing and basketball.
My guilty pleasure food is:
Grilled cheese.
The health trend I just can’t get behind is:
Juice cleanses without solid food.
My favorite healthy restaurant is:
The Greek.
My favorite healthy snack is:
Tzatziki and carrots, and smoothies.
On Instagram I’m obsessed with following:

Tomatoes, Greek yogurt, and cucumbers.
