What if we told you your next favorite makeup line came from an artsy photo and video studio you’ve probably never heard of? You might think we’re crazy, but our newest beauty obsession just happens to be from the creative minds of MILK Studios—a studio space in New York and Los Angeles that brings fashion, music, art, and now beauty, together. The new line stems from the idea of minimalist makeup without sacrificing quality and innovation—or as the brands says, it’s for the “girl on the go who spends less time getting done up, [and] more time getting stuff done.” We had a chance to test out the new line, and we rounded up the best MILK Makeup products you need to add to your beauty kit ASAP.

MILK Makeup Blush Lip Oil ($26, milkmakeup.com)

We’re suckers for a liquid blush, but one that comes in a handy click rollerball, now we’re talking. This handy blush to-go spreads on smooth and adds just a pop of color where you need it—without going over-the-top. Formulated with orange peel oil, sunflower oil, grape seed oil, and lavender oil, this is one blush that’s actually as good for your skin as it is for your complexion.

MILK Makeup Coverage Duo ($30, sephora.com)

We bet you haven’t seen concealer like this! This brilliant duo contains a roller ball application as well as a separate cushion pad for specific spot treatments. To say this handy piece has earned a spot in our beauty arsenal is an understatement. It’s the main star!

Milk eye vinyl

MILK Makeup Eye Vinyl in Tunnel ($20, milkmakeup.com)

Your weekend smokey eye just got so much easier. No joke. This stick shadow also uses the click-pen technique to deliver strong (and we mean strong) color. We like the “Tunnel” option for mastering a super smudgy, kohl eye. Simply click to apply color and smudge it all around the lid with the applicator or your fingers. Bonus points: It’s high-gloss finish is surprisingly non-sticky—consider us sold.

milk face gloss

MILK Makeup Face Gloss ($20, milkmakeup.com)

Ever wondered how models get that dewy, glossy look without looking shiny? Well, with this new face gloss, we think we just cracked the code. Apply this gleaming formula to your lids, lips, cheeks, or cupid’s bow for a super sweaty (in a good way, trust us), dewy sheen. We tested this one out on our lids, and they glowed all day! Model status attained.

milk lip marker

MILK Makeup Lip Marker ($20, sephora.com)

Asking us to pick which of the four lip shades offered in this lip marker is our favorite is like asking us to choose a favorite beauty product—it just can’t be done. But one thing is for sure, we’re obsessed with this old-school highlighter-inspired marker, which delivers pigment with ease. The angled tip lets you line and fill in lips in no time. Plus the stain formula lasts without drying out lips.
