The Grammy Awards might be a time when celebs come together to celebrate the best of the best in the music world, but it’s also known for big red carpet risks when it comes to fashion and especially hair and makeup. Although the stars played it safe this year (a natural lip surprisingly stole the show!), we still were inspired by these memorable looks. From Taylor Swift‘s new blunt bob to Selena Gomez‘s sultry smokey eye, here are our favorite best beauty looks from the 2016 Grammy Awards.

Selena Gomez reminded us that classic beauty never goes out of style. Her cascading curls and sultry smokey eye with a hint of a cat-eye flick were one of our top faves of the night.

Taylor Swift debuted a shorter, blunt bob tonight—and we're all about this new look. And of course, how could we forget that signature red lip.

Leave it to Zendaya to make a '80s-inspired mullet look super chic. Paired with a bronzed cheek and a gorgeous neutral lip, this look was a winner all around.

Although we half expect Adele to rock a bouffant per her normal style, this sleek and natural bob is just as chic. And how can we forget that eyeliner she's known for? We're still hoping to master that winged flick!

Bella Hadid opted for dark glamour with a sleek center part and hazy, smokey eye. To balance out the dark lid, she wore a neutral lip and flawless complexion.

Country crooner Kacey Musgraves rocked a high ponytail and mauve pout gave her a modern touch for the red carpet.

If we could give an award for lashes of the night, the clear winner would be Carrie Underwood, who nailed it with these feathery lengths. Plus that flirty bob is a must!

Ciara wore a delicate romantic updo, metallic smokey eye, and flesh-toned lip for her red carpet appearance. And must we say, her look is golden!

Although we know her for her bold beauty looks, this time Demi Lovato opted for loose waves and a natural makeup look.

To make the eyes the center of her beauty look, Anna Kendrick stuck to a heave khol liner with a touch of a cat-eye flick.

Chrissy Teigen's gorgeous glow was one of our favorites of the night. With her arched brows, supple cheeks and light cocoa lips, this was one look we love for sure.

For a completely different take on the bold smokey eye, Alessandra Ambrosio chose a dark green shimmery lid. To balance out the dark hue, she kept her lips and cheek neutral.
