Isaac Todd is an attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP focused on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and corporate governance matters. Prior to law school, he served as a U.S. Army officer specializing in reconnaissance and counter-terrorism. Isaac holds a J.D. from Northwestern's Pritzker School of Law, an M.B.A. (finance) from the Kellogg School of Management, and a B.S. (industrial relations) from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice law in New York State.
