As you break out your riding boots and peacoat en route to your nearest Guiness den, you may finding yourself lusting after hot summer nights infused with ice cold margaritas. Well lust no longer. Last week at SoHo House in New York City, we were lucky enough to taste the Paloma, Riazul Tequila’s autumnal answer to the margarita.
Riazul is quickly changing the way we enjoy tequila by offering an array of cocktails made of 100 percent blue agave. So even if margarita’s aren’t quite your cup of tequila, click through the slideshow above to check out a few of our favorite tequila cocktails perfect for enjoying right now.

Here, five ways to drink tequila right now.

THE PALOMA: This sweet and savory treat made for the perfect potion last Thursday night while we rocked out to Body Language and DJ MOS at the Soho House Drawing Room.

1/2 oz. Lime Juice

6 oz. Grapefruit Soda (or 1 part grapefruit juice, 1 part seltzer, and simple syrup to sweeten)

2 pinches Salt

Fill collins glass to top with ice. Squeeze in juice of 1/2 lime (or pour in 1/2 oz. lime juice), sprinkle with salt. Add tequila, fill with grapefruit soda, stir and sprinkle salt on top before serving.

1.5 oz. Pulque

1/2 oz. Agave Nectar

1 oz. Lime Juice
