Best known for her voluptuous curves character Joan on Mad Men, Christina Hendricks was named the new face for Vivienne Westwood’s Palladium Jewelry Collection. “Vivienne Westwood has always been one of my favorite designers. So it was a great honor for me to be asked to represent the ‘Get a Life’ Palladium Jewelry Collection. I admire that Vivienne uses her designs to inspire change and the pieces are just so wonderful,” says Hendricks of being the campaign model.
Dubbed the “Get a Life” collection crafted from Palladium (saving you a Google search and letting you know Palladium is a naturally white precious metal), the series was inspired by Westwood’s passion to preserve and sustain our environment. Alas the acorn, oak tree and heart shapes a recurring theme in the collection and symbolize the need for environmental awareness.
The collection will reatil from $445-$900 and will be available in Vivienne Westwood stores in Los Angeles and London.
