The adorable Disney star is in town to promote her Disney Channel flick Princess Protection Program, and even made time for a little retail therapy. After making an appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly, the tween star headed downtown to shop at Armani Exchange and French Connection in Soho. Selena then changed from her skinny black pants and light pink top into a slinky white dress (keeping the boyfriend blazer on) for a night out.
