There’s no denying that Hedi Slimane knows how to create some buzz. Earlier this week, the designer’s first collection for newly coined label Saint Laurent Paris (formerly Yves Saint Laurent) appeared on the cover of Vogue’s January issue and today, his first campaign for the iconic French fashion house made its debut.
Lensed by Slimane himself, the moody photographs match the slightly ominous, dramatic, nostalgic collection. We’re definitely sitting up and taking notice (not to mention seriously coveting those hats and capes!)
