The rumors are flying that creator of 12-inch-footwear and recently-ousted Nina Ricci designer Olivia Theyskens might be heading over to Halston. The floundering label, purchased by Harvey Weinstein two years ago for $20 million, is said to be looking at Olivier as first choice in their search for a new designer.
