Looking at this September Lula cover of Ali Michael (the one on the right) looking soft and dreamy and Polaroid-y makes me muse, “How could any designer reject this girl from the runway because of a ‘weight issue’???” That’s just crazy-talk. The girl’s so obviously gorgeous in a perfectly natural way–what more could you want in a model? Audrey Marnay (the one on the left) doesn’t even stand a chance in comparison. The issue (with both covers up for sale) hits newstands on September 8th.
