Love is in the Air at Louis Vuitton

Yes, I know I just wrote about the Louis Vuitton show, gushing about the accessories. But now it’s time to talk about the beauty. My love of the 80s runs deep so any fashion reference to my birth century’s style genius makes me exceedingly happy. Backstage at the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 09 show, Pat McGrath painted the models’ faces a la Robert Palmer’s “Addicted to Love.” She doesn’t want to admit it (who knows why) but the resemblance is uncanny. I’ll never forget watching that video wishing I had those curves, that style, that sex appeal.
