I always say if fashion folk do anything right it’s throw a party — Seriously, we throw some sick events. The same goes for our friends across the pond who welcomed the newest additions to London’s 1000 – a list of the most influential people in London (compared to our Forbes list). Anyone who is anyone on the London scene was a show; as it seems to be the social event of the season. IF any of our London friends were lucky enough to attend I’m sure you caught a glimpse of Dame Vivienne Westwood or supermodel and the ultimate babe-to-be David Gandy.
But let’s give a shoutout to the newcomers who join the ranks of some of fashions elite; the likes of Victoria Beckham, Stella McCartney, Phoebe Philo, and more. We welcome to the list — Alexander McQueens Sarah Burton, TopShop creative director Kate Phelan, designer Mary Katrantzou, the BFC’s Caroline Rush, and blogger Catherine Kallon.
