Lindsay Lohan and her Lanvin change purse made a stop at ex(?)-girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s house yesterday afternoon at about the same time her interview aired on Ellen. Photogs also spied the DJ leaving Lohan’s house early this morning, so it looks to us like Samantha and Linds had a little sleepover last night.
