Lindsay Lohan was spotted in Hollywood yesterday looking nearly as skeletal as she did at the height of her partying ways just a few years ago. If only she had platinum blonde hair again, I would think we were back in the summer of 2005 and she was walking arm in arm with Nicole Richie (who is now a happy and healthy almost mother of two) and hitting on Brad Pitt in that black strapless Gucci dress at the premiere for Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Ironically, this photo of Lindsay was actually taken outside of McDonalds, but it doesn’t look like the newly single “actress” has been eating any McFlurry’s or happy meals.
