The NBA finals are underway and, as we predicted, celebrities came out in full force to support the Lakers for Game 1 last night. The Staples center may as well have been the red carpet at a Hollywood premiere.
Ex-The Hills starlet Lauren Conrad was her usual stylish self in tight pants and a purple print top (doesn’t this sound familiar) to join boyfriend Kyle Howard courtside – all while carrying a white Balenciaga bag. And of course they weren’t the only ones present: Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Entourage’s Kevin Connelly, Kanye West, Benji Madden, Sophia Bush, Anthony Kiedis, Christian Slater, David Arquette, Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo, and of course Billy Idol were among the few that descended upon The Staples center last night.
And yet again the Hollywood VIPs seemed to be good luck for the Lakers; they beat the Orlando Magic 100-75. Suddenly our interest in the NBA finals has piqued.
