Ok, I know this sounds nuts but I love to iron! There is something therapeutic about it. Even though I send out my shirts I HATE when the collar gets smashed while in my closet, so I iron them before I wear them. Ahh I guess am a little OCD???
Also there really is nothing better than a fresh set of freshly pressed sheets! I know- seriously, who has the time … but make the time, it only takes a few minutes. Here’s a hint, fold the sheet into quarters so the sheet is not dragging on the ground when you’re ironing. The results are definitely worth it, but if that is too much at least iron your pillowcases! Takes literally seconds.
My absolute favorite iron is Black and Decker’s The Classic Iron. They have been making it for years and it looks like it came out of your grandmothers laundry room, but let me tell you for around $30.00 it packs a punch. It gets REALLY hot so beware, but it takes out wrinkles like a dream! So until the stock market goes back up over 10,000 forget those fancy European irons and buy American. Happy ironing!
