Heidi Makes Out in Public, Still Wears Wildly Inappropriate Outfits

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are back on the staging-photo-ops-for-paparazzi circuit now that the fifth season of The Hills debuted Monday night. Photographed first at lunch, and then making out (publically) on a mattress at a furniture store in West Hollywood, Heidi looks like she’s auditioning to be one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends. Between the insanely blonde, curling ironed extensions, giant hoops, Chanel hotpants (I use the term hotpants loosely, as they look like underwear to me), and open toe booties, Heidi desperately needs a fashion makeover. Don’t even get me started with Spencer’s flesh colored beard.
