We’d like to wish a very happy birthday to one of the most successful designers to ever come out of Italy. Fashion legend Giorgio Armani is turning 78 today and we’d like to celebrate by commemorating some of his most unforgettable moments on the runway over the years.

Since the designer’s fashion house first took off in 1975, Armani has become notorious for it’s brow-raising tradition of taking risks when it comes to setting trends, especially in the case of menswear.

In honor of one of our favorite billionaires, take a look through the above slideshow to join us in marveling at some of Armani’s most triumphant moment as fashion royalty.

    This article only has runway pictures from the past two years…his TOP 55 runway moments? Is this article either a LIE or just sheer laziness? LOL.
