We showed you the smoldering Tom Ford Fall 2011 campaign starring Candice Swanepoel as soon as it rolled out this weekend, and we just saw another house’s fall ads that look strikingly similarall the way to the glossy red lips and lush furs.

It should come as no shock that the Gucci aesthetic is not so different from Ford’sthe man was the label’s creative director in the ’90sand the spots were both shot by Mert & Marcus, so I guess we shouldn’t be surprised about the images that take us on another trip to the ’70s.

Starring Abbey Lee Kershaw, Joan Smalls, Emily Baker and more, the Gucci ads’ saturated colors, sumptuous furs, flowy silk pieces and snakeskin accessories make for one hell of a luxurious campaign, although the busy photos make it a little difficult to focus on the clothes.
