We love how Ashlee gave it to us last night!

We love this abbreviated version of the 1920s trend that's getting major play on and off the runway. The lace is reminiscent of the look without appearing costume-y.

We love the layered ring look Ashlee is rocking. These brass knuckle rings are a great option to achieve a similar look -- we also think they're just plain awesome.

We love adding a punch of color in unexpected ways. These heels are both fun and comfortable. What's not to like?

Add a little glimmer to your look. We love how Ashlee uses a subtle sparkle with her clutch. You should probably do the same.

Simple, yet elegant, these earrings are a must to polish off the classic style.

We’ve kind of been wondering what rock Ashlee Simpson has been hiding under. Turns out, that rock is Boardwalk Empire’s Vincent Piazza. We love that she’s been focusing on herself and her budding relationship out of the spotlight (for the most part).

She looked totally stunning last night during the SAG awards, not only is she glowing (from puppy love, we’re sure) but we also loved her insane look from top-to-bottom. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner (eek!), we’re hoping that we’ll be able to get dolled up for a night out with our hubby or at least with our BFF.

We decided to break down her major look to something a teensy more accessible. Check out our suggestions in the slideshow of how to channel Ashlee’s roaring ’20s inspired outfit on a budget and not a red carpet.
