When it comes to getting high, there are some people who have no qualms about lighting up, and then there are some who take hitting the bud to an art form.

Take, for example, Snoop Dogg, who famously declared on “The Next Episode” that we should all “smoke weed every day,” and now has his own line of weed products. Or Miley Cyrus who posts blunt-smoking selfies nearly daily on her Instagram account. From Willie Nelson to Seth Rogen, there are tons of celebs who not only smoke but also advocate for everyone to get a little lifted.

In honor of 4/20, we’ve compiled a list of 21 celebrity stoners we’d love to light up with. Click through the slideshow above.

Sarah Silverman: The brash comedian likes weed so much, she even hit the Emmy's carpet with a pipe.

Andy Cohen: Bravo's head honcho is very open about his affinity for weed—he even has a custom vape pen to smoke his hash oil.

Leonardo DiCaprio: Leo's famous love affair with awards-show vaping is well documented—and it's definitely, probably weed—at least according to Miley Cyrus, who says he doesn't share his green.

Rihanna: The most badass stoner of them all, Rihanna is not shy about her weed consumption and even went so far as to roll a blunt on her bodyguard's head while sitting on his shoulders at Coachella. #Legend.

Jonah Hill: While one of the actor's most famous lines is "Weed is tight" in "Superbad," Hill has talked about smoking with fellow comedian (and stoner), Seth Rogen.

Bill Clinton: Clinton famously admitted to trying marijuana, but claims he didn't like it ... and that he didn't inhale.

Snoop Dogg: Essentially the president of the celebrity stoner club, his chill antics and insouciant attitude about smoking are legendary—and Uncle Snoop is cashing in on the franchise with his own line of weed products.

Killer Mike: Bernie Sanders's biggest supporter rolled up onscreen with Bill Maher during a discussion on legalizing marijuana.

Bill Maher: The "Real Time" host smoked a joint on his show and was allegedly fined $1.7 million for it; later, he tweeted that although it was a real joint, he wasn't fined since it was medical marijuana.

Wiz Khalifa: Smoking is so much a part of Wiz's brand that he even has his own strain of weed, called Khalifa Kush.

Seth Rogen: Rogen's an unapologetic stoner and even went on record with Howard Stern about everyone he's smoked with; interestingly enough, his bromance with James Franco (who often plays the ultimate stoner) hasn't been blessed by lighting up because Franco reportedly doesn't smoke.

Willie Nelson: Nelson has been a staunch supporter of marijuana legalization for years and openly smokes wherever and whenever he pleases and has launched his own brand.

Lil Wayne: Weezy's affection for weed is well-documented by his discography, most notably, his 2009 hit "Pussy, Money, Weed." The rapper loves it so much, he even got kicked off a private jet for smoking the green in 2015.

Abbi Jacobson, Ilana Glazer: On "Broad City," Abbi and Ilana are just your typical stoner girls next door, paving the way for weed-themed comedy for the ladies. Since pot features so heavily in the show, it's a safe bet the duo enjoys a joint IRL, too.

Whoopi Goldberg: Goldberg not only taught Bravo's Andy Cohen how to roll a joint, but she's also trying to find a way to use weed to make your periods suck less. Bless.

Mac Miller: The rapper's lyrics nearly always reference hitting the chronic—so much that his music has been termed "stoner rap."
