7:30 am: For the first time in weeks, I slept through the night (must have something to do with the fact that I skipped my daily four shots of espresso yesterday) and woke-up feeling refreshed. I threw on my running clothes, but not three blocks into my jog I started feeling really dizzy. I walked for a little and then attempted to run again, but it wasn’t happening. I turned my run into a walk to Starbucks, grabbed a large green tea and headed home.
8 am: Blueprint’s website suggests getting a massage or exfoliating to help rid your body of toxins. Since I can’t afford a massage, I grabbed a bottle of my favorite body scrub at CVS and spent twenty minutes too long in the shower.
11:30 am: I was out on market appointments so I didn’t get around to drinking my first juice until almost lunchtime. Sooo hungry.
7 pm: I have one juice left and I’m holding onto it with dear life. I thought that the severe hunger pains would have subsided by now, but no. It’s going to take all my willpower (and since I have none, it probably won’t help much) not to eat anything tonight. And to make it even more difficult I’m going to dinner with a boy- how am I going to pull off ordering a small miso soup dinner without looking like a crazy person?
