With her fellow City co-stars Olivia Palermo and Samantha Swetra nowhere in sight, Whitney and a friend picked up some groceries and took a walk around New York City’s West Village neighborhood. Toting around her Whole Foods shopping bag, Whitney wore a tailored black vest as a top with itsy bitsy printed shorts. She accessorized with a belt to accentuate her waist and an oversized black fringe bag. We’re surprised the reality star is still in New York City and not partying it up in the Hamptons.
