When it comes to the magazine world, there’s one month that matters more than all of ‘em: September. September issues are packed with advertisements and high budget editorials, so the cover has to be good. If an A-list face isn’t gracing the front of the glossy, then you have a serious problem.
Since September is the Super Bowl for celebrity obsessed magazine readers like ourselves, we were thrilled that WWD‘s list of who’s covering what was released today. They have yet to be confirmed by the mags themselves, but it’s WWD, so we’re sure their sources are more than credible. Yes, all of the usual suspects are there (it wouldn’t be right if Lady Gaga and Victoria Beckham didn’t score major fashion covers), but there are some surprises here as well.

I love September issues but I wish they’d enlist some newer celebrity faces! Zooey Deschanel would be a great cover girl for more magazines. She has amazing style.
