The Golden Globes is the first major red carpet event of the new year, so it makes sense that we look to it to set the stage, fashion-wise, for the year to come. And if this year’s awards are any indicator, there will be some serious bridal vibes happening in 2016.

Everyone from Saoirse Ronan to Jane Fonda rocked some white on the red carpet (each in Saint Laurent couture), while Cinderella’s Lily James looked royal in an asymmetrical Marchesa gown.

Another A-lister Amy Schumer added some drama by way of a full-volume black-and-white dress by Prabal Gurung while Cate Blanchett opted for a little bit more color in an on-trend rose-quartz dress by Givenchy (though we’re a little baffled by all that fringe).

Get your own bridal inspiration through these white-hot red-carpet looks.
