Mila Kunis led the bold red trend at the SAGs in this batik Alexander McQueen gown with a matching flowing wavy hairstyle. We love the train, and the fierce snake cuff the actress wore to further complement her fiery dress. Mila, if you're reading this, can we hang out?

Cheer up, Paz de la Huerta! Your show, Boardwalk Empire, is sweeping every award show this year, and you have a bangin' bod. So why are you wearing a maroon-brown sequin dress that appears to have undergone a last-minute hemming with matching lipstick, mismatching shoes and an overabundance of illuminator?

Natalie Portman gets our vote for Most Improved so far this award season. This white Azzaro gown shows off her growing baby bump and makes us extremely jealous that the Black Swan star can look good in a fitted white dress while pregnant. We do wish she'd go a little less severe with her hairstyles, though. You're young, Natalie - let your hair down (literally)!.

Angie Harmon is wearing a gown from the limited edition Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry for Toddlers & Tiaras Collection. She has chosen to keep her hairstyle sleek and subtle in a low ponytail so as not to take away focus from her confection. We mean dress.

This is Dianna Agron's first major award show not wearing Carolina Herrera, and this dress is proof that she's not a one-trick pony. Agron looks amazing in this tea-length Chanel haute couture lace gown with smoky eyes, darkened eyebrows and a side-swept updo hairstyle.

It's not that Kim Kardashian looks bad, per se, it's just that we've seen this combination of a one-shouldered Marchesa dress, casually undone updo, spidery eyelashes and nude lipstick a hundred times from the reality star. And besides, what was she even doing at the SAGs?

We're not saying that Jennifer Lawrence's hot pink Oscar de la Renta gown was flawless, but we applaud anyone willing to take such a bold fashion risk and come this close to pulling it off. Our only complaint? Her tight, severe hairstyle is a bit old for a young actress in a fun and daring dress.

This navy Nina Ricci gown could have been totally sexy on the tall, statuesque Nicole Kidman. It's got a daringly low back that is still age-appropriate for the actress thanks to some beautiful lace; however, the top is completely marred by matronly sleeves, tulle ruffles at the neck and a horribly mismatched floral necklace.

Hailee Steinfeld wears one of the hottest trends of the night: bold, bright orange and magenta. This striped Prada gown is youthful and fun with its mermaid silhouette and, as always, we're coveting the young actress' gorgeous long locks, which she wore in a wavy hairstyle.

True, Julie Bowen took a risk with this Catherine Malandrino pantsuit, but there's just something about the styling of this outfit we can't get behind. First of all, her hair should be up. Second of all, any time bling is added to the neckline of an outfit, it automatically ages the wearer twenty years. Fact.

Claire Danes has been nailing it on the red carpet this year and proving you don't have to stick to one color or silhouette to do so. This teal floral belted Louis Vuitton dress is to die for, and if we get press release telling us what color lipstick she's wearing asap, we won't be able to focus until we find out how to get that hot pink pout.

Jenna Fischer, you are better than this Fendi gown. Instead, we're going to have a nice chat about your cute, deconstructed ponytail and your peaches and cream complexion. See, it's not all bad.

It's official: Sofia Vergara + Roberto Cavalli + loose, flowing waves = award show amazingness. Here, the actress models an azure blue number.

Winona Ryder, this is the Screen Actors Guild awards, not your wedding. Just wanted to give you a heads up. But then again, your hairstyle suggests you just came from an '80s prom, so maybe you know it's not your wedding. We're confused, but we think you are, too. So at least we're in this together.

After rocking a chic, curly bob at the Golden Globes, Julia Stiles now earns herself a spot on the Best Dressed list at the SAGs with long, wavy extensions. We're also major suckers for ombr gowns. But she didn't know that ahead of time, so the playing field was totally fair.

Eva Longoria usually wears black on the red carpet, so this white Georges Hobeika gown is a welcome change. The top of the gown is just too open, though, and Longoria's eyeshadow appears to go all the way around her eyes; not just on her lids. Leave a little to the imagination and the alien look to Tilda Swinton, Eva.

Lea Michele stayed with her red carpet stand-by, Oscar de la Renta, but chose a pale, body-skimming crepe de chine gown with a thin gold belt. The Glee star wore her hair in big-bodied waves and kept her makeup subtle yet sexy.

Kate Mara is committing the cardinal sin of having gorgeous red hair: wearing it up and hiding it underneath a completely unnecessary headband that doesn't even match her unfortunate-looking dress.

Do you think Versace feels cheated on when January Jones doesn't wear it to award shows? Our jaw actually hit the floor when the Mad Men star announced she was wearing Carolina Herrera, but she looks so elegant and, well, covered up for once, that we sort of don't feel bad for her scorned Versace.

This flesh-colored Badgley Mischka is not doing Jenna Ushkowitz any favors, and when you add in the matronly hairstyle and somewhat gaudy statement necklace, it's a big bunch of no.
