While I usually love sleeping in on the weekends, I ventured out early (ok, 11 am), to meet Caroline and Shannon for Self Magazine's annual Self Workout In The Park. We crammed in with 800 other women to sample a mix of workouts. We exercised our lower bodies with Rock Bottom and then (badly) danced to a 90s Fly Girl workout routine. Our hardest class, by far, was the CrossFit Workout of the Day. For 20 minutes, we pushed our bodies to the max and, as a result, are still feeling it today. It was hot outside, we were wiped out at the end, but it was fun and totally worth it.
