Online Searches for “Pixie Haircut” Are 500 Times Higher Than Last Year

It seems like everyone’s making the chop…or at least thinking about it. According to new stats from Yahoo, searches for “pixie haircut” are 511 times higher than they were the same time last year, The Cut reports. Between Pam Anderson and Jennifer Lawrence both debuting new pixies within the past month, it seems like the trend has reached critical mass. Beyoncé may have already ditched her short-lived short hair and Michelle Williams may be growing out her famous pixie cut, but we don’t expect this trend to slow down anytime soon. If only there was a way to see what you’d look like with short hair before taking the plunge…oh, wait.
