The holiday season is practically synonymous with parties. There’s the holiday office party, friends’ bashes, holiday happy hours … in other words, it’s prime drinking season. Unfortunately, all of those extra cocktails can add up in the calorie count—just one regular margarita contains 455 calories! (And when’s the last time you had just one at a party?) That’s why it’s so important to opt for low calorie alcoholic drinks whenever possible.
To help you save calories this holiday season, we consulted top dietitians and cocktail gurus for the best cocktail options you should reach for. There’s a drink for every occasion—whether you’re at a party, or just kicking back at home.
