Remember the glory days of the ’90s, when workout videos were actual videotapes and women wore high-cut leotards and leg warmers? Well, even if you don’t, Khloé Kardashian seems to, and she’s bringing it all back with a video about…butts.
To be specific, she shot a vid for Vogue featuring her “moves for a better booty,” and the best part about the whole thing—other than the fact that it’s made to look exactly like an old Jane Fonda tape—is that you can do her rear-sculpting workout at home.
She kicked things off with a general warmup, doing some jump squats and squats with lateral raises. Next, she had viewers try alternating between back lunges and a side squats.
Throwing herself on the ground, she taught a move called a “sandbag bridge,” adding helpful hints as she demonstrated the move. “Basically, we’re going to work on the biggest part of your booty,” she said. “Clench your booty. And make sure you breathe. And breathe. And breathe.”
Next, she did a one-leg deadlift with a kettle bell. “Bend over; thrust forward,” she said, standing sideways so as to show off her impressive derriere.
To round it all out, she did a “clean squat” with a sandbag, which pretty much consisted of lifting a heavy sandbag to her chest while squatting and saying the word “lift” over and over. It looked hard.
“Remember, you guys never regret doing your workout; you only regret not doing your workout,” she said. We’ll keep that in mind, thanks KoKo!
