Heidi Klum will launch a costume jewelry collection with QVC in September.

The German-born supermodel has teamed up with the home shopping giant to launch Wildlife by Heidi Klum which will feature 35 styles including cocktail rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets costing between $30 and $200.

Heidi–who receives much of her inspiration from flea markets–said, “All of the pieces are statement pieces. The only reason to wear costume jewelry is to wear something large–something you can’t do with real jewelry because it would be too expensive.”

Heidi previously developed a sterling silver jewelry collection with the channel but it was discontinued in 2009 after Van Cleef & Arpels launched a lawsuit claiming the designs infringed on its signature clover motif.

Heidi told WWD, “Looking back, I’m quite happy to be doing something new. I can reach more people with costume jewelry, the prices are great and I can make big pieces. It’s way more fun.”
