The 40-year-old actress does a mix of Pilates, strength-training and cardio, which her trainer Teddy Bass cites as the best combo for women over 30. Cameron also indulges in golf. She even compared her love for the game to “crack cocaine” during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show in 2011.

Hayden Panettiere — Stairs

One of Hayden’s tricks to staying fit is taking the stairs. “My best friend, Amy has an elevator phobia, so we always take the stairs, she told Women’s Health. “We will walk 12 flights. It’s less embarrassing than getting into an elevator with her.” That’ll make you skip the elevator next time.

Beyoncé – Multitasking Moves

The singer and mother saves time with multitasking workouts, practicing the Power Moves philosophy by celebrity trainer Marco Borges. The system includes movements that work many muscle groups at once. She also throws in a few squats, lunges and planks whenever she has a few minutes of downtime—when she’s not practicing her elaborate onstage choreography.

Shay Mitchell – Hiking

Aside from running and dancing, the Pretty Little Liars actress indulges in hikes around L.A. “I wear 2-pound weights and go for 90 minutes,” the actress said in the June issue of Self. “I set goals along the way — like if I run to a bench I can rest on it for 30 seconds.”

Nina Dobrev – Hot Yoga

The former competitive gymnast now turns to hot yoga 2-3 times a week to keep in shape. “The hot yoga is great because you’re sweating and kind of getting the cardio workout, your heart’s racing, and then you’re also stretching and building lean muscle because you’re holding the positions for so long,” the actress told the Examiner. She’s also found it’s great for the skin because it opens up the pores.

Jennifer Aniston – Mix and Match

Jennifer Aniston has one of the most envied bodies in Hollywood, and it’s not easy to get it. The actress works out at least five or six days a week, incorporating a combination of cardio — running, spinning and the elliptical for 40 minutes. She also does one day of Pilates per week and three days of yoga. The more variation, the better your body responds to the workout.

Kelly Osbourne helped shed pounds using a childhood pastime — hula hooping every day using the Hoopnotica hula hoop to tone her arms and back. And every workout is more fun with a friend. “On Saturday nights my friends and I put on ridiculous outfits and hula-hoop and dance when everyone else is at ‘da club,’’ she told Self.

Isla Fisher – Yoga

The actress lost 70 pounds after her last pregnancy by doing yoga five days a week. “Not only are you strengthening your muscles and releasing tension, but yoga also gives you a mind-body experience,” Isla told Fitness magazine. “When you’re really focused on your breathing, you’re able to clear your head, and all the worries of everyday life go out the window. I love that feeling of being connected with my own body.”

The author of two nutrition books works with the famed celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson five days a week for two hours, performing cardio and pilates. According to US Magazine, at the opening of the Tracy Anderson Blow Dry Bar Gwyneth quoted a friend saying her butt “isn’t so bad for a 22-year-old stripper.”
