We’ve always loved Cameron Diaz, so of course we were excited to hear of the release of her first book The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body. The actress took to Instagram to share the cover, saying “”LADIES!! I wrote this book for YOU and YOUR BODY.. And I’m so excited to share it with you!!” Here are just some of the reasons we’re excited to read her book:

1. We finally get to learn Cameron’s fitness secrets!
It’s one thing to be a celebrity who has a great looking body, but it’s quite another to be a celebrity who’s 41 and still has a great body. We want to know exactly what the actress does to maintain her shape.

2. It’s not your typical diet book.
Cameron has said herself that this isn’t a set of guidelines for how women should eat or work out. Instead it provides information on the body: how it works, what it does with food, etc.

Clearly the woman knows how to work out. And we’re all for picking up new tips.
